Overview

The Biz of Life™ programme teaches you to run your life as if it is a business, with the CEO overseeing the four key departments in life – Sales/Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and IT.

Module 1 of the Biz of Life centres around the role of the CEO, and principles of self-leadership, because before you can lead others, you must first learn how to lead yourself. This is the starting point for all leadership.

Leading yourself first means you hold yourself to a higher standard of accountability than others do.

As the CEO of your own life, you need to build a solid foundation in character development, leadership and other competencies. In this way, you will perform better in life.

Course Outline

Participants will be taught to start thinking like a CEO through the following:

• understand how to lead yourself first
• discover and learn how to become an  intentional leader
• character building - as good character is the foundation for strong leadership
• understand how to effectively build a high performance team
• apply what you have learned using a simple learning system
