We all have different mental movies running in our minds based on our own life experiences. It is how we frame the world through our senses that affect how we see and respond to the world.  Hence, we sometimes form fixed mindsets that affect the way we communicate to others and even to ourselves through self-talk. The same is also true for our kids which can affect their self-esteem and our parental relationships with them.

• How to use the Sub-conscious Mind-stack™ to analyse mental movies
• Find the frame of reference and perspective
• Learn different kinds of questioning skills to reframe conversations with your child
• Apply reframing techniques such as counter-framing, content and contextual framing
• Importance of Non-verbal communication
• Empowering beliefs for better communication
