Customers and account sales reps both play different mental movies, and account sales reps can learn to change their own mental scripts and positively influence their customer's horror mental movie. Once they understand the movie mind set, they can then learn how to win with people by first learning how to be a winner themselves. The tips they will learn are grounded on psychology and principles from John C Maxwell, a renowned leadership guru.
