Leadership is all about influence. How we are influenced and the way we influence people are based on our mindsets.

In fact, our thoughts and what goes on in our minds, consist of mental movies that are produced from our previous experiences and memories of the past. It is the resulting unconscious scripts, beliefs and values - not only the competency - that determine effectiveness of a leader. We call this the leadership mindset.

This unique leadership workshop approaches leadership concepts from the perspective of Neuro-science, Psychology, NLP & Neuro-semantics, and combining them with the leadership principles of John Maxwell.  Besides a neuro-centric approach to understanding the leadership mindset, this workshop also allows participants to learn about their leadership strengths - and also, to appreciate the strengths of the people they lead.
